The bed was surprisingly firm! it was like sleeping on a board, and i wasn't too happy about it. also. The absence of tea or coffee making facilities in the room was a miss. I needed my morning caffeine fix! the breakfast service felt a bit rushed, and the staff didn't seem all that interested in helping me out. the juice selection was minimal. not a lot of love there. the wasps near the breakfast area were rather annoying. They swarmed around my pastries.

The location was acceptable (it has a central spot).
I found the service inconsistent. Some restaurant staff seemed bad-tempered and almost slammed food onto the table. Breakfast was a mess. There were long queues for a buffet. i'm annoyed by that.

The hotel boasted a fine open reception area.. It included vintage Lambretta and Bianchi scooters. I was warmly welcomed by the concierge. My room had an extra large, comfortable bed. Breakfast on the veranda included a good selection, very tasty to start the day.
I found that some staff members were less helpful than others. The omelette I ordered took 30 minutes to arrive. This was unexpected given the otherwise excellent service.

The room provided had a king-size bed and included a mini-bar, a safe, and climate control. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries. Blackout curtains ensured restful nights.

The spa included a mineral pool with jacuzzis and an infinity pool. A steam room and sauna were available with aromatherapy steam showers. There was also access to a well kept garden.

the breakfast was excellent with eggs cooked to order i also saw bacon sausage and a selection of meats cheese pastries and fresh fruit the pool area was spacious with shady spots available i found it useful to have a pool bag in the room with pool towels provided each evening fresh towels were left outside the door.
i found the bed was quite hard and not the most comfortable i have slept on

This hotel has a superb location near the lake. It is a short stroll to the historical centre. the hotel provided easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. i found it convenient to explore the area from this location.

The breakfast was good. There was enough choice even though the selection stayed the same each day. The staff asked me what I wanted, such as fruit or coffee and brought it to the table. The room was also very large and very clean and I liked the modern feel.
The bed were the hardest and most uncomfortable I ever slept on. I am aware that Italy switches off its A/C in October however I expected to open a window.
